The next update of windows 10 will introduce a new "clipboard" experience, support an improved clipboard history menu, and allow you to insert emoticons, gifs and the contents of the clipboard, whether formatted or not.
The new "clipboard" manager also uses fluent design, which is equipped with a new touch friendly interface UI, which has been seen on Windows 10x before.

The new clipboard experience makes it easier for users to add media content to information in almost all applications, such as outlook, Gmail, Facebook, twitter, etc.
In any text field in the app you choose, you need to hold down the windows key + V key until you see the clipboard menu. When you're done, you can click any emoticon or GIF to add it to the text area.
Alternatively, you can use the search bar to scroll through the list to find more content.
New copy and paste experience
Over the years, pasting text in e-mail, documents, and applications without formatting has tested patience. In applications like Microsoft office, you can easily paste text with or without formatting.
In all other applications, windows 10 needs the support of application developers, etc. Fortunately, Microsoft has heard feedback that the built-in clipboard manager will bring back the long-awaited "paste as plain text" option.
